    Free, on your own. You end up with a step-by-step process a Partner can price without a long discovery call.

    Tell us what you want to automate. One form, nothing to compare or shortlist.

    We pick the Partner

    We choose up to 3 Partners who fit your tools and language, and confirm they have capacity right now. Only then do we pass on your request.

    Agree directly, keep control

    Scope, price and contract are between you and the Partner. You invite them into your workspace and can remove them anytime.

Invite them into your Orbox workspace as a member. Members are free, the workspace stays yours, and you can remove them anytime. If they aren’t an Orbox Partner yet, they can apply.

Questions

  • What does it cost?

    The Partner’s work is agreed directly between you and the Partner. Orbox takes no fee from you or from them for the introduction. Orbox itself is billed on your plan as usual.

  • Who pays for the credits the Partner uses?

    The workspace is yours, so the Partner’s AI work in Orbox draws from your workspace’s credits. You see every change in the version history.

  • How do you choose the Partner?

    We look at the tools you use, your language and the kind of process, and confirm with the Partner that they can take the job now. We pass your request to at most 3 Partners.

  • Who sees my data?

    Only the Partners we pass your request to, and only your contact details and the request itself. Your processes stay in your workspace until you invite someone.

  • Can I remove the Partner later?

    Yes, anytime, in the workspace members. The processes, versions and descriptions stay with you.
