Partner Program Terms
These terms govern the Orbox Partner Program operated by Orbox Labs s.r.o.. They apply to every automation company accepted as an Orbox Partner (“Partner”, “you”). The Czech version is the binding one; this English version is provided for convenience.
The Czech version of this document is binding.
1.Joining the program
You apply with the form on the Partners page and accept these terms in it. The program is for businesses that build automations for their customers.
We decide based on the application, usually without a call, and at our discretion. If we accept you, we send you an email with your Partner link. The agreement is formed when that email is sent.
There is one Partner level for everyone. No tiers, no certification, no minimum revenue and no required Orbox plan.
2.Commission
- We pay you 20 % of every payment your customer makes for Orbox: plan subscriptions and extra credits alike.
- Commission is calculated from the amount the customer actually paid, excluding VAT.
- You earn it for as long as the customer keeps paying and you remain in the program.
- Commission comes out of our revenue. Your customer pays the same price as everyone else.
3.Your Partner link and who counts as your customer
Your Partner link is the address of any Orbox page with your code added, for example orbox.dev/?ref=yourcode. When someone clicks it, their browser stores the code in a cookie.
- A customer is yours if they create a new Orbox workspace within 90 days of their last click on your link.
- The last click counts. If the customer later clicks another Partner’s link, the customer belongs to that Partner.
- The attribution is locked when the workspace is created and does not change afterwards.
- We do not attribute customers retroactively, not even on request. If the customer signs up without your link (for example because they deleted the cookie or used another browser), no commission arises.
No commission arises from:
- a customer who already had an Orbox account or workspace before clicking your link;
- your own workspaces or those of your company;
- customers who came to you through a request sent via Orbox (see “Customer requests”).
If attribution is disputed, our records decide.
4.Hold period
Commission from each payment is pending for 30 days after the payment. This covers the period in which a customer can withdraw or a payment can be reversed. After that it is approved for payout.
If the payment is refunded or reversed during the hold period, the commission lapses. If that happens after the commission was paid, we deduct it from your next payouts.
5.Payout and statements
- Once a month we email you a statement: new customers, pending, approved and paid commission.
- We pay approved commission once a month, by the 15th day of the following month, to the account you gave us. If it is less than $50 (excluding VAT), it rolls over to the next month.
- You do not issue invoices. You agree that we issue the settlement document on your behalf (self-billing). If you are registered for VAT, we add VAT to the commission according to applicable law.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and for keeping your payout and billing details up to date.
6.Customer requests
A customer looking for a Partner can send a request via the Find a Partner page. We choose at our discretion at most 3 Partners who receive requests, based on fit with the request, and pass it on only after the Partner confirms they have capacity. The customer then chooses; we do not take part in the negotiation.
- If you want to take on the request, contact the customer directly. If not, you do not need to do anything.
- You use the customer’s details only to answer that request.
- Requests are free for both sides; we take no fee from you or from the customer. No commission arises from these customers.
- We do not guarantee any number of requests.
7.Working with a customer
- Your contract with the customer (scope, price, schedule, invoicing, warranty) is between you and the customer. Orbox is not a party to it and does not resolve disputes between you.
- You get access to a customer’s workspace only if the customer invites you as a member. The customer controls that access and can remove it at any time.
- Orbox does not charge per member, so inviting you costs the customer nothing. Your AI work and any monitoring you set up use the customer’s shared credits; tell the customer about this before you start.
- You handle the customer’s data only on the customer’s instructions and keep it confidential, also after the collaboration or your participation in the program ends.
8.How you promote Orbox
- You act in your own name. You do not represent Orbox or make commitments on our behalf.
- You do not promise anything Orbox does not do, and you do not send unsolicited messages.
- You do not bid on the Orbox name in paid search ads and you do not use the Orbox logo without our consent.
- You do not set your cookie without a real click (for example through hidden links or pop-ups).
- You do not create accounts for yourself or fictitious customers to earn commission.
If you break these rules, we do not pay commission obtained that way and may remove you from the program.
9.Changes to these terms
We may change the commission and these terms at any time. We will announce a change by email and publish the new version on this page.
A change applies only to payments made after it takes effect. Commission from earlier payments is governed by the previous terms. If you do not agree with a change, you can leave the program.
10.Leaving the program
Either side can end participation at any time by email. Commission from payments made before the end is paid after its hold period, even below the minimum payout. No further commission arises after the end.
If you seriously break these terms, we may end your participation immediately and not pay commission obtained in breach of them.
Leaving the program does not end your access to customer workspaces. That is up to each customer.
11.Final provisions
We are independent contractual partners. Nothing in these terms creates an agency, employment or exclusivity.
Our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commission paid to you in the previous 12 months.
These terms are governed by Czech law; disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic competent for our registered office. Anything not covered here is governed by the Terms of Service.
