The client creates their own workspace through your link and describes the process. The customer is attributed to you.

The program
One rate for every Partner: 20 % of every payment from a customer you bring to Orbox. No tiers, no certification, no minimum revenue. Agencies and freelancers alike.

- From plan subscriptions and extra credits, excl. VAT. Your customer pays the same price as everyone else.
- Your link counts for 90 days
- A customer is yours if they create a workspace within that time of their last click on your link.
- Paid monthly, no invoices
- Commission is approved 30 days after the customer’s payment and paid by the 15th of the following month, from 50 USD. We issue the settlement for you.
- Requests from customers
- Customers looking for a Partner send us a request. We pick the Partners ourselves by fit and confirmed capacity. No fee either way.
Your own workspace
For templates, demos and your own processes you use a regular workspace on the standard plans, the same as any customer. There are no Partner discounts or exceptions, and your own workspaces earn no commission. Client workspaces stay separate from yours: you work in them only as an invited member.
Questions from agencies
Do customers from requests earn commission?
No. A customer we introduce to you through a request is our referral, so no commission arises from them. Commission comes only from customers who sign up through your own link.
Who gets the requests?
We read every request and choose the Partners ourselves, based on the client’s tools, language and type of process. Before passing it on we always confirm that you have capacity. We don’t guarantee any number of requests.
Can I join as a freelancer?
Yes. Many automation specialists work on their own. Self-billing works with a sole-trader registration too.
Which tools can I build with?
Any. Orbox describes the process, not the implementation, so you build in n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or your own code.
Who pays for the credits I use in a client’s workspace?
The client. The workspace is theirs, so your AI work there draws from their credits. Members are free.
What if a client signs up without my link?
Then no commission arises. We don’t attribute customers retroactively. Send the client your link before they create the workspace.
